Basic Details of Role
- Handling two/three states from Each Zone based of Mumbai or Delhi.
- Plan & develop Annual Plan for the Region and in the process ensuring delivery of top line, distribution, network health and market share objectives
- Ensuring systems and process adherence and driving Financial hygiene, Merchandising, Productivity, strategic initiatives, supply chain efficiency and New Product Development launch
- Extensive People management, Leading a team of 5 to 6 Area manager and 30 Officers and Executives and undertaking key people management initiatives like resource planning, recruitment and capability development with the help of regional HR and Sales development function.
