Our client is looking for candidates with experience in Institutional Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy and Growth: Develop and implement regional strategies to expand market share and drive ETF sales and distribution.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing regional team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including institutional investors, financial advisors, and distribution partners.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies, managing risks effectively.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on regional performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
