Regional Sales Head- Enterprise Sales
What you'll do:
1. Core team role with direct reporting to founders and P&L ownership
2. Design & drive regional strategy & execution for B2b initiatives (including but not limited to corporate sales, MICE, unit sales, government Sales)
3. Manage & drive the growth & margin targets for respective region
4. Attract, retain & manage growth of city & area teams within the region
5. Support & liaise with marketing, branding, sourcing, operations & finance teams
6. Own and hit/exceed monthly sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
7. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
What you'll need:
1. 8+ years of Corporate sales experience
2. Individuals who would connect best with the job requirements are those who:
A. Are excited to be part of a young, dynamic team that is building a disruptive, sustainable business
B. Are willing to go the extra 100 miles it takes to build early stage startups
3. Strong pedigree (college/ employers) and/ OR strong intent & desire
4. Handled direct reporting & sales/BD targets for at least 4-5 member team
5. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
6. Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
7. Proven ability to position products against competitors
8. Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
