Regional Head - Rajasthan (One of India's Largest Community Based E-commerce Organizations)
- Managing the entire sales Team in Rajasthan State, to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals.
- Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
- Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
- To ensure that the collection targets are met weekly and monthly, strictly abiding by the current Company's Trade Policy.
- Handling, retailers, Trader, Distributors networks in Rajasthan State.
- Manage the Key Clint for the company and provides better products and offers.
- Budgeting and forecasting sales, preparing reports and collection plans, ensuring timely payment collection.
- Managing the sales growth along with the Sales team for the territory.
- Monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources in the region.
- Establishment of a distribution network for that territory with a key review of the distributor coverage and efficiencies resulting in a key deliverable.
- Providing Training and deployment of the platform with a key focus on enhancing sales.
- Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase sales in the Territory.
- To formulate strategic inputs to develop the market and for increasing dealer/distributor network.
