Job Description:
- Achieve regional annual sales targets for the brands.
- Manage a team and work closely with the teams and national head to set the sales strategy & sales targets to increase volume / value share
- Oversee the advertising sales functions on a daily basis to help generate revenues towards the publications growth and help drive business development opportunities nationally.
- Achieve the set sales targets through space selling, event revenues,digital
- Track emerging and consumer market trends, competitors and market place realities and give relevant feed back to management
- To ensure brand salience & growth of the title and leveraging its equity in the market. Conduct comparative analyses of competitive publication to the magazine- e.g., rate comparisons, circulation statistics, sales strategies, etc.
- Be an effective company spokesperson externally.
- Interaction not only with the senior management in corporate houses but also extensive dialogue with advertising agencies across India.
- Billing & collections
- Keep up-to-date with industry best practices
- Industry analysis of competitive titles
Key Skills :
- Candidate should have good communication skills.
- Candidate should have experience in Digital sales ( preferred )
