Key Responsibilities :

Experience in selling to SMEs to onboard them .

- Do direct hunting of SMEs through acquired databases and cold calling with a team of inside sales

- Set up field force of direct sales executives for meeting the SME owners/HR and convert them on our plan

- Identify affiliates and partners for sourcing SME leads

- P&L ownership of the corporate sales channel

Requirements:

- At least 15 years of experience in selling financial products (banking, insurance, lending) or recruitment solutions to SMEs in North or West or Pan-India

- Direct connects with at least 100+ SMEs in the region

- Must have managed a team of inside sales and direct sales executives to acquire and onboard SMEs

- Understanding of channels/affiliates and partners to acquire relevant SME leads
