Key Requirements :

- Must Have - The candidate should possess experience in B2B business and have effectively managed larger teams, with a minimum of 30 members.

- Must Have - The candidate should have previous experience in a revenue generation role.

- Must Have - Experience in sales

- Good to Have - Post Graduation from Tier 1 or 2 college

Prior Experience in ANY of the below mentioned Industries is a MUST:

- BFSI

- Payment Gateway

- Consumer Durable

- FMCG

- Edtech

- Media

KPI of the role:

- Managing sales and marketing operations, ensuring accomplishment of set business targets within the assigned territory/region.

- Building & maintaining healthy business relations with major clientele, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by achieving performance parameters delivery & quality norms.

- Analyzing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors' activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies

Success Parameters

Job well done will look like

- Ability to consistently achieve 100% of assigned targets every quarter

- Growth of 30 to 40% growth on a yearly basis.

- Renewal rate above 70 %

Key metrics to report

pencil- Generate monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales/ team performance reports

- Team productivity
