Roles & Responsibilities :
- Managing a team of Acquisition ASM - RM's and RO's of sourcing salary accounts across the assigned region
- Formulating business strategies and strategic utilization and deployment of available resources to achieve organizational business objectives
- Overseeing marketing and sales operations for achieving increased growth and profitability
- Identifying prospective clients, generating business from new accounts & developing them to achieve consistent profitability
- Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major clients. Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and quality income
- Identifying and developing channel partners for achieving business volumes consistently and profitably
- Building brand focus in conjunction with operational requirements. Ensuring maximum brand visibility and capture optimum market share. Brand image building and awareness campaigns
- Managing customer centric operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms
- Evaluate the growth strategy based on competitor analysis and feedback from different channels/customers
- Recommend process changes in order to improve service efficiency and quality across the branch network
- Facilitate a customer centric branch channel and achieve/exceed the defined NPS targets
- Monitor the branch network expansion as per the defined business plan
