- Handling Corporate Salary business of the organisation for Region which includes new sourcing of salary accounts as well as old salary relationship maintenance for cross selling Assets and attachments, covering the branches in assigned territory.
- Managing a team of Acquisition RM's and Service Managers for sourcing salary accounts across the assigned region.
- Responsible for new acquisition business and balance sheet growth.
- Drive cross sell income for the location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulating business strategies and strategic utilization and deployment of available resources to achieve organizational business objectives.
- Overseeing marketing and sales operations for achieving increased growth & profitability.
- Identifying prospective clients, generating business from new accounts & developing them to achieve consistent profitability. Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major clientele, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & quality norms.
- Identifying and developing channel partners for achieving business volumes consistently and profitably.
- Building brand focus in conjunction with operational requirements. Ensuring maximum brand visibility and capture optimum market shares. Brand image building and awareness campaigns.
- Managing customer centric operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
Preferred Requirements - CA/ MBA Finance from top ranked MBA college with min 11 years -relevant experience
