Regional Head - Commercial Business (commercial vehicles, commercial equipment financing)

Reports to : Retail Business Head - Bangalore

Reporting to Role : Area Managers and Sales Managers

Job Role and Responsibilities :

- P&L incharge of CV/CE funding business line for Bangalore

- Promote financing of new and used CV/E products to customers

- Drive sales of CV/CE loan through a team of sales managers

- Ensure completion and process for all sales, finance documentation

- Build an expert understanding in products and services offered

- Tap large dealers who market the products

- Maximize the sales within the region

- Analyze sales opportunities, solve customer problems and design sales promotions

- Handle audit and compliance related issues

- Develop business and maintain client relation

- Monitor competitive activity and products

- Maintain relationship with existing customers or dealers

Deliverables :

- Responsible to generate sales through team of Sales Managers

- Build relationship with the dealers and ensure retail business through them

- Manage collections and ensuring delinquencies are under control for the area

- Conduct business transactions

- Conduct sales training for the team

- Help the team to generate sales leads

- Keep abreast with market trends, needs, and new companies

- Maintain customer relationship

- Supervise key areas including Marketing, Business Channel Development, Team Development, Cost Management, Revenue Generation, Cross Sell

Educational Qualification : Graduate/ Post-Graduate
