Client - A leading Private Sector Bank

Location - Nagpur

Key Responsibilities includes:

- Handling business for Cards and Payment Solutions.

- Well versed with all channel management, including Inbound as well as Outbound DSAs/DSTs, VRI, BBZ, PBZ to name a few.

- Connect with all top management of big Corporate and influential people of Mumbai.

- Cross-sell of other retail products as well including CASA, Mortgage, Auto, TASC, GBG.

- Maintained quality of portfolio by micro tracking at FOS level and keeping a check on delinquency levels by regular interaction with DSMG, Credit & Policy Teams.

- Major forte being working at lowest Cost per Card at National level (75% of the average national cost per card).

Involved in handling major projects run at Zonal as well PAN India level, like setting up of local Credit CPC, tele-calling unit for West Mega Zone for enhancing business.

Preferred Requirements - CA/ MBA Finance from top ranked MBA college with min 10 years -relevant experience
