Regional Head - Business Operations - Real Estate

Looking to hire this Leadership position (reports to CEO) to take care of Project Coordination, Operations Strategy (Project Side) for a Real Estate Developer.

Requirement :

- Bachelors/Master's degree from a Tier 1 institutes or equivalent or a CA

- 8-15 years of relevant experience, with 8+ years of cross-functional experience in real estate, having performed in strategic and operational roles

- Have managed at least one project P&L through its lifecycle

- Someone who has exposure to multiple functions, preferably from Asset management, NBFC, Private equity background & good with Numbers/ reporting

Key Responsibilities :

- A driving force to help manage the most marquee projects of our client's portfolio in assigned region

- Assuring the successful execution of the vision and will

- Coordinate all aspects of the project from design, sales, marketing to delivery

- An operations expert who can hold it all together even in chaotic times.

- Assist the Regional CEO in managing various P&L across functions.

- Manage a diverse set of people, most not under your direct supervision, to deliver on results

- Create, own and manage the project business plan and schedule and mitigate any risk involved.

- Coordinate between design, sales, marketing, external consultants, JV partners, international partners to achieve the business plan.
