Company Profile :
A leading travel marketing company representing one of the largest cruise liners in the world, they are headquartered in New Delhi, with a network of five offices located throughout India.
Position : Regional Sales Manager-BD
Location : Delhi
Desired Candidate Profile :
- MBA with experience in Business Development
- Age Profile : Mid thirties, preferred
- Experience : 10 - 12 years experience with at least the Last 4 - 5 years in the services industry
- Basic Prerequisites : Right Attitude, good communicator and great listener
- Willing to travel a fair bit in India (especially North India & East India and occasionally abroad
Job Description :
Role :
- Responsible for planning, strategizing and implementing the sales plan (Targets would be about USD 8-10 million)
- Augment Sales for North & East India including Delhi/ NCR (Basically BD north and east and mainly engage distribution and work with consumer groups) and work closely with marketing.
- Directing, counseling and leading a team of 4 / 5
- Finding & exploiting every/ new business opportunity
- Develop Innovative ways of developing business
- Communicating effectively with audiences
- Identifying new segment/s and converting
- Establish rapport with audience/ segments
- Maintain Competitive/ market information
- Establish watertight reporting system that is meaningful
