- Responsible for driving the Business Development effort in accordance with the Company strategy and budget for northern region
- Responsible for implementation of marketing plan to assist company in attaining asset and revenue goals and creating brand awareness for north
- Responsible for planning, implementation and monitoring business targets
- Responsible for building a high energy professional team of relationship managers
- Responsible for maintaining a healthy risk profile of the portfolio in line with the company's credit standards
- Responsible for TAT for client on boarding, utilization of the current portfolio and on-time client reviews
- Liaises closely with Risk, Compliance Legal, Operations and Collections departmental Heads and ensure smooth on-boarding, transaction processing and overdue management
- Interacts with external business community to promote company and business
- Works closely with national business head for market intelligence regarding Factoring, Trade Finance Products, competitors and related activity
- Advises national business head as to industry information and trends
- Uses technologies to create an efficient and effective business workflow
- Preferred - Post Graduate in Management
- Min 10-15 years- experience in a high energy environment of sales and marketing.
- Extensive experience in SME Sector
- Trade Finance / Transaction banking experience
- Factoring experience would be an added advantage
- Should have proven leadership quality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Should be a Task master to drive number and targets
