- PL Responsibility for West Region.
- Design sales & revenue-building strategies.
- Analyse and supervise new sales prospects.
- Design and execute channel sales strategies.
- Manage West India team reporting.
- Introduction of new product development to customers by giving details product knowledge and technical training.
- Continuous updating on Cost of Solar Panels, Inverters, Structures and Other BOS to submit best competitive offer to the clients.
- Awareness and regularly keeping check on all important notification from MNRE and all state govt. solar associations (MEDA, GEDA)
Area : Roof top , Ground based and open access solar power plants
Qualifications & Requirements -
- B.E/B.Tech with MBA preferred
- Process excellent interpersonal, analytical, troubleshooting and team work skills with proven ability in establishing quality procedures and planning / managing resources / preparing MIS reports etc.
- Proven leader in Business development in Solar sector
Mandatory experience of working on 25MW+ projects
