Leading HR Services set up requires Regional Head ( Bangalore)- M G Road

One of our client a leading MNC dealing in HR services / Training & Development & the marketplace that connects the hiring needs of companies ranging from startups to MNCs with consultants who fulfill them i.e they are an aggregator between the clients and the consultants. The client handles requirements for marketing, sales, IT, e-commerce, BFSI, etc. It boasts of young and dynamic employees, free work environment, weekends off, a movie every month and regular fun and game sessions.

We are looking for regional Head for the client office in Bangalore at MG Road

6) Salary - 12- 20 lpa

Job Description :

- Lead BD managers in multiple regions

- Leverage network in the HR industry to get clients for the online business

- Be Aggressive with respect to fulfilling revenue targets for the business

- Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing and nurturing the team.

Must Have Skills:

1) Should have done B2B sales at a multi-region level (Enterprise Sales not to be considered)

2) Should be self Motivated and aggressive to work

3) Should be able to manage teams in multiple cities

3) Experience in HR Industry highly preferred

4) Strong Selling Skills

5) Strong in negotiation and commercial skills

6) Relationship building to develop key influencers

7) Process oriented and drives systems across the teams

8) Go-getter and entrepreneurial nature with strong business orientation.

9) Technical orientation for understanding the technology and designs.

Working Days : 5 Days a Week (9:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
