About our Client - Our client is a reputed Private Sector bank and has businesses across Retail, Corporate and Investment Banking. They have massive expansion plans across their Retail and Commercial banking divisions and are seeking experienced Business Banking professionals for their SME segment.
Job Description - As the Regional Head - Business Banking for the SME Segment, you will be reporting to the Business Head of Business Banking and will be responsible for:
- Heading the Business Banking division for the SME Segment for a Region
- Ensuring stability of income from existing set of clients and explore avenues for new income generation from existing as well as new clients
- Adding value to the client and stay ahead of the competition by structuring and implementing innovative deals in working capital, term loan and project finance
- Maintaining CEO/CFO relationships with SMEs to originate business
- Managing the relationship with the customers by growing the book size
- Managing trade finance, general blog operation for cash management services i.e., working capital cycle of the company
The Successful Candidate - You will be a post graduate with at least 15 years of experience in Business Banking across Liabilities (a must have) and Assets for the SME segments. Additionally, you would have sound Product knowledge across Working capital, Term loan, Project finance products. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will have the ability to influence and drive stakeholders.
