Regional Head - Business Banking Group

Role and Responsibilities:

- Acquire new clients and manage existing clients' portfolio of Business Banking through the Team assigned / Self. Monitor the portfolio closely and ensure book size, fee income, delinquency-health targets are met. Regular visits to customer to understand and explore additional funding requirement.

- Use credit knowledge and knowledge of various products for deal structuring. Stay ahead of the competition by structuring and implementing innovative deals across the spectrum of both fund based and non fund based financing products.

- Ensure Portfolio Health and Compliance in terms of Post Disbursal Documentations, closure of Deferrals, Insurance, Stock Statements, Debtors Ageing, Other Customer documents needed as per compliance and Sanction Terms. Ensure Timely Renewals. Ensure control on SMA accounts, Out of Order Accounts, Interest / EMI servicing. Ensure timely Renewals and Review of Accounts

- Monitoring Activities of Portfolio: End Use Monitoring, Unhedged Foreign Currency exposure, Book Debt Ageing, Turnover Routing, Data updation in case of Multiple Banking through Annexure II, Unit Visit Report, Provisionals / Audited Financials submission

- Increase wallet share of customer by getting Team or self towards cross selling retail liability products to the customer. Ensure stability of income through various revenue lines and explore avenues for new income generation from existing as well as new clients.

- Recruitment and Training of Relationship Managers in matters of Product, Process and Policy. Undertake Trainings for other Channels within the Bank.

- Regularly visit mapped branches and train the branch staff on eligible, qualified lead generation for Business Banking products. Be in constant touch with branch staff to appraise them of the case status and support for quick decisioning.
