- Handling a team for Portfolio Management & Business Development of Asset clients
- Helping team in Product Structuring, Preparation of comprehensive Term Sheet, Credit Analysis, Relationship Management, Due Diligence and Industry Analysis of Fund and Non -Fund based proposals.
- Responsible for overall development and growth of Assets Segment at Business Banking Group
- To set up and develop a dedicated team to acquire and manage NTB Corporate customers and closely monitor portfolio performance on an on-going basis.
- Responsible for overall revenues, share of wallet and profitability through Working capital products.
- To design and implement short and long term strategies for acquiring and managing NTB & ETB customers.
- On board and develop talent by developing a robust training program/process.
- Motivate & guide Relationship managers to deliver on key imperatives.
- To ensure team engagement, training, attrition control and productivity per resource.
- Proactively access the portfolio trends, identify profitable customer segments and put a strategic framework in place by refining sourcing guidelines.
- Facilitate medium & environment for sharing of best practices & ideas.
