Regional Head - Branch Quality Control - BFS

Job Overview:

This job role will require the incumbent to lead and manage the Branch Quality Control function for Rural East region of the company by ensuring the implementation and maintenance of quality control measures across all branches operating in rural areas of the East region.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute quality control strategies and initiatives tailored to branches operating in rural areas of the East region.

- Establish and enforce quality standards and benchmarks for operations across rural branches, focusing on customer service, lending practices, and operational efficiency.

- Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

- Analyse branch performance data and quality metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with branch managers, operations teams, and other stakeholders to address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.

- Monitor customer feedback and complaints related to service quality and take proactive measures to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.

- Oversee preparation and presentation of periodic reports on quality control performance, key findings, and recommendations to senior management.
