Regional Head for Branch banking for a Bank

Location Nagpur

Job Purpose: The Regional Head is responsible for driving growth and achieving financial, customer, operational, and people development goals in the assigned region. This includes managing revenue, taking care of big portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

- Develop strategies for revenue growth and operational excellence.

- Drive branch expansion and promote marketing initiatives.

Sales & Business Development:

- Oversee sales targets and foster key customer relationships.

- Implement customer acquisition and engagement strategies.

Customer Focus:

- Engage with customers to deliver tailored solutions and maintain service quality.

- Resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Operational Excellence:

- Ensure effective implementation of business processes and compliance.

- Monitor performance metrics and reporting tools.

People Management:

- Mentor and coach team members, supporting their development.

- Foster a culture of continuous learning.

Compliance & Risk Management:

- Ensure compliance with regulations and organizational policies.

- Proactively manage operational risks.

Requirements:

Qualifications: Preferably a Master's in Management.

Experience: 10+ years in the Banking/Financial sector, with 3+ years in multi-region management.

Skills: Sales management, customer relations, team development, adaptability.

Mobility: Willingness to travel as needed
