About our Client - Our client is a leading MNC Bank with growing business across Investment Banking, Corporate Banking and Retail Banking with strong footprints in India. They are looking to recruit experienced banker to lead their strategic growth in major cities of North India like Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Jalandhar and Jaipur through branch banking channel.

Job Description - Reporting into Country Head of Consumer Banking, you would be responsible to lead branch banking business for the bank and grow revenues by over 20% year on year. You would also be responsible for:

- Drawing and executing the strategy for each branch for acquisition, cross sell and deepen the relationship with existing customers.

- Build a model to engage the key HNI customers of the bank in the region.

- Improving the operating leverage of the branches to improve profitability.

- Build a strong culture of disciple and compliance to regulatory framework among team members.

The Successful Candidate - Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Branch Banking and wealth management.

- CA/MBA from premier B-School

- Excellent interpersonal and problem solving abilities

- Strong track record of success in terms of revenue, people management and client servicing in their current organization

- Experience of working in a large team leading role in branch banking with an MNC Bank would be an advantage
