Regional Head (Branch Banking)

- You will take overall responsibility for the successful running of 3 flagship branches and 11 additional branches with a core focus on increasing profitability.

- You will manage the full the sales cycle by overseeing the acquisition of new business, deepening existing customer relationships and maintaining operational efficiency.

- You will also drive customer service levels and look for areas to improve client satisfaction. Compliance is a key area of focus - maintaining group wide operation standards and regulations, KYC & AML policies, risk controls and procedures are all critical.

- Playing a key role in defining the service level operating model to support the new business whilst providing efficient cross sales opportunities for additional business units will also be required.

The Successful Applicant :

- Minimum of 10 years of relevant retail banking experience, CA/MBA from Premier B-School, excellent communication skills and prior experience in a fast paced retail banking environment is a must.

- You must also have a strong track record of success in revenue generation, people management and client servicing in your current organization.

- Experience of working as a Flagship Branch Manager or Regional Head within an MNC Bank would be a distinct advantage.
