- Predictive analysis of future business trends and accurate evaluation of potential opportunities.

- Track the performance of Broking products vis-a-vis relevant industry offerings

- Effective implementation of strategies to ensure brand awareness.

- Responsible to achieve annual revenue targets of the Region along with branches and RMs.

- Closely monitoring, tracking and co-coordinating day to day activities of the branches.

- Effective implementation of dealing strategies to get the higher output from the branches.

- Maintain & drive compliance and budget optimization at the regional level

- Lead prompt implementation of any new systems or processes

- To ensure that the employees reporting directly & indirectly to him/her engage only in authorized orders / trades on behalf of clients

- Performance review of the branches and each individual fortnightly and monthly to improve productivity.

- Generate leads from existing clients for new client's relationship and acquisition.

- Conducting Investor awareness program & training on online trading platforms to client in branches to promote online business.

- Focus and drive on new & vintage client activation for healthy and sustained business. Periodical branch visit to audit and monitor the implementation of regulations and compliance adherence and F2F p-review.

- Collate, review and make recommendations on regional profitability in Regional meets

- Prepare the business plan of each month business and report to the senior in review. Monitoring branch expenses for effective cost management.

- Focus on the utmost important area like motivating and mentoring team, employee retention and quality recruitment.

- Ensure successful implementation of sales promotion strategies and campaigns; evaluate existing sales promotional strategies and provide feedback as relevant

- Set targets for Branch Managers based on performance and potential.

- Identify & review training needs of direct reports and nominate them for relevant training programs.

- Ensure appropriate staffing of the team to deliver the short and long term goals.
