Job Description :
- Setting up of Management Objectives and Business goals.
- Formulating targets to achieve Business Goals and Aligning the same across reportees so that entire cluster team works in unison as per Management objectives.
- Business Development through effective Catchment Mapping, People and Resource Management.
- Ensuring Audit, Process and Regulatory compliance.
- Customer Centric needs analysis, making Customer Service and Profitability as end objectives in above set of branches.
- Teaming up with cross vertical quality and asset functions and marketing teams for enhancing bank image and providing customers all banking products across the branches.
- Business process re-engineering for enhancing staff productivity and decreasing cost to income ratio across the branches.
- Setting up of Business correspondents with existing branches to enhance bank reach in catchment
- Scoping at new locations for Banks Branch business, Recruitment and training of Man Power
Requirements :
- Must be handling liability business.
- Should have experience in handling multiple branches
- Good experience in branch banking
- Will handle a team of Cluster Heads
