Job Summary:


- We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Regional Head to oversee our operations in the Southern region.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automobile industry, with proven leadership skills and a track record of driving regional growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Regional Leadership:

- Lead and manage the overall operations of the Southern region.

- Develop and implement regional strategies aligned with the company's goals.

- Ensure the achievement of sales targets, profitability, and market share objectives.

Sales and Marketing:

- Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies and initiatives.

- Oversee regional marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, dealers, and partners.

Operations Management:


- Ensure efficient and effective operations across all functions, including sales, service, and logistics.

- Monitor and analyze regional performance metrics and take corrective actions as needed.

- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Team Development:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing regional team.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer focus.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback.

Customer Experience:

- Ensure a superior customer experience through excellent service and support.

- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

- Implement customer feedback mechanisms to drive improvements.

Compliance and Risk Management:

- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

- Identify and mitigate risks associated with regional operations.

- Maintain high standards of safety and quality across all activities.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in a senior management role within the automobile industry.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent sales and marketing acumen.

- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to travel extensively within the region.

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA or other advanced degree.

- Experience with digital and innovative sales channels.

- Knowledge of the Southern regional market and customer preferences.
