Position - Regional Head/Area Head Sales

Span of Control (Geog & Nos of Reportees )
- Region / 8 - 9 BH
Specific Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Branch Profitability.
- Responsible for Broking revenue generation through different products.
- Responsible for New Client Acquisition
- Responsible for Cross sell- Other TPP (Third Part Products).
- Responsible for Adherence of Compliance at Branches.
- Responsible for Clients / Channel activation
- Responsible for New business opportunities
Specific Authorities :
- Second level brokerage approval, Approval for franchisee empanelment, Client mapping approvals, Regions cost control.
- Authorized to approve second level brokerage approval
- Authorized to approve Franchisee empanelment
- Authorized to approve Client Mapping
Key Performance Indicators - Net Revenue - To achieve QOQ targets and FY targets ( as per targets )
- New Franchisee Empanelment
- New Client Acquisition - Broking accounts (as per targets)
- Increase in yield from current level to 6 BPS
- Cross Sell - Third Part Products (as per targets)
- Compliance (FTR, Risk containment measures on BDD)
Internal - Dealer / CSE / SEA / CH / Central Teams i.e customer service, compliance, Product, Legal, IT and operation.
External - Franchisee / Customers/ Clients retail and corporate
Skills :
- NCFM Depository
- NCFM - Capital markets
- NCFM - Derivatives
- AMFI
Personal Attributes :
- Sound knowledge of Equity Market, Derivatives.
- Good Team management skills.
- Good communication (written & Verbal) skills.
- Self-Starter attitude.
Formal Qualifications - Preferably MBA with specialisation in Finance and Marketing
