Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve desired activity/productivity targets through respective CM/STM/TM/ASM
- Monitoring and driving the Team/business model to achieve desired business plans
- Ensure that the team are trained on company products and company guidelines
- Track the lead funnel provided to the team to ensure optimum output
- To be responsible for individual team members and overall team targets.
- Quality check on respective managers/FLS
- Responsible for driving Business Quality with desired product mix and impetus on Persistency
- Profit canter management for Region
Requirements:
Qualification and Experience:
Qualification: Any Graduate or Post-Graduation.
Preferred Experience: 7 to 11 years of sales experience.
Knowledge and skills desired:
- Knowledge and experience in Direct Sales.
- Team Management
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationship
- At least 4 years at a supervisory level.
Job Requirements:
Female Candidates are preferred.
Qualification: Any Graduate or Post-Graduation.
Preferred Experience: 8 to 10 years of sales experience.
