- Experience of handling of Channel Partners for managing business.
- Extensive knowledge of loan products, operations, and current market trends will be added advantage.
- Good networking and relationship building and new channel and business development skills.
- Be target oriented with ability to handle multiple tasks, be dynamic, flexible and should have ability to motivate a team.
- Build and execute strategic partnership plan by identifying right partners, generating pipeline of prospects and closing deals
- Identify and track opportunities to maximize revenues, minimize churn and provide high customer retention.
- Identify the needs of changing market trends and inform product and reporting managers and regional heads about the issues and possible solutions to help grow the business and improve penetration and market share.
- Prepare growth strategy, hire and build teams and help company achieve its growth targets and objectives.
