Regional Head - Agri Finance

- Sustaining long-term partnerships with local & corporate suppliers; liaising with key supplier to ensure meeting of service, cost, delivery and quality norms

- System improvements as well as development of innovative system to measure & monitor different aspects of business like supply chain efficiency, total employee involvement, tact time enhancement, etc.

- To make planning and strategizing for business growth in the state to achieve the set objectives of business revenue as well as profitability.

- Acquiring fresh clients and generate PWH & pledge financing business from existing & new clients.

- Maintain good customer relationship by regular customer contact and timely response to their queries / concerns and resolution of customer complaints in professional manner.

- To make Liaising with exchange & corporate clients for Professional Warehousing business.

- To make Liaising with public & private sector Banks for collateral management service.

- To ensure timely collection of 'Receivables' from clients & banks and minimize overdue accounts and write offs.

- Interacting with Bank officials,Exporters,Traders and Processors for new business sourcing with new clients and also maintaining good relationship with exisiting clients
