Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible to achieve annual Agency sales objectives which consists of recruitment, licensing, activation of financial advisors/IM, maintain healthy persistent ratios of the business procured.
- Ensure the recruitment of the right quality people in Agency team which consists of FAs/IMs and FLS. Is responsible to build, train and develop people in the team so as to ensure continuity of growth and business.
- Conduct periodic review of business performance and provide feedback and inputs to the team members so as to ensure they achieve their annual objectives.
- Implement recruitment and sales activities in the geography through various innovative means.
- Ensure roll out of various initiatives and measure its effectiveness on regular basis.
- Achieve operational excellence in implementation of Sales process and ensure legal and compliance guidelines are adhered.
- Create an engaged workforce by developing a good team and constantly enhance the skills, knowledge of the team so as to ensure a well-trained talent pool is maintained.
- Partner with other functions to have good working relation as well deliver quality service to all the stake holders.
Requirements
Qualification and Experience :
- Any Graduate or Post Graduate with preferably 7 to 11 years of Insurance Industry experience.
Knowledge and skills desired :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Very good people management and team building skills.
- High on analytical skills, problem solving and demonstrated enthusiasm.
