Your purpose:
Your role as a Regional Manager would be to manage people ensuring that operations run smoothly and metrics are achieved. We are looking for a candidate to lead our expansion efforts in North/South India. The position requires identifying prospects, promoting the services, recruiting new resources, ensuring that the system is complete to support all forms of clients, and coordinating with different teams to get the job done.
The ideal candidate will be able to build rapport and develop excellent working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
To nail your job you will:
- Lay down the roadmap for new account acquisition for the city and ensure its execution.
- Lead the Operations team in delivering the best Customer experience while having a 360 degree view from Customer Care to Delivery Executive Safety to Optimal utilization of resources.
- Manage the function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible
- Responsible for managing the City team from hiring and training new recruits to assigning targets and formulating plans.
- Monitor demand and supply situation in the region, and work closely with central demand, supply and supply teams for the required support.
- Oversee and manage Territory's overall supply, strategy, and operations in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity.
- Develop strategy for identifying and facilitating best deals from existing and new channel partners across the regional portfolio.

- You are start-up-enthusiast who believes in taking initiatives and can to go the extra mile whenever required
- You have demonstrated success with program & portfolio management in highly matrixed, rapidly changing business environments.
- You have exceptional analytical skills, comfortable working with large amounts of data and communicating data findings, experience establishing and tracking program metrics including return on investment.
