Regional General Manager - Project Operations
Role And Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
- Develop detailed project timelines, budgets and resource allocation plans for multi-location projects.
- Collaborate with OEM partners to ensure on-time hardware/software delivery and installation.
Client and Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.
- Conduct regular reviews to update clients on project progress, milestones and challenges.
Risk Management:
- Proactively identify project risks (e.g., resource constraints, equipment delays) and implement mitigation plans.
Team Management:
- Lead a team of Project Managers, Site Engineers and Technicians across the region.
- Conduct technical and operational training for project teams.
Compliance & Quality:
- Ensure project execution adheres to ISO 9001, 45001, NFPA and other global standards.
- Maintain EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) protocols.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Project delivery on time and within budget (- 95% adherence).
- Client escalation resolution time (< 48 hours).
- Quality compliance (- 3% deviation in installations).
- Team productivity and resource utilization (- 90%).
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience & Industry Knowledge:
- Experience: 12-15 years in Project Management roles in Security, ELV and BMS industries.
- OEM Knowledge: Proven experience managing projects with products from Bosch, Honeywell, Siemens, JCI and Schneider Electric.
- Key Expertise: Experience in SLA-driven projects, site commissioning, UL/FM compliance and EHS best practices.
