Region Finance Manager - Female

- Executive Hiring is looking for a Region Finance Manager - Female for a large MNC FMCG, based at Kolkata heading the East.

- A FEMALE, with an MBA/PGDM/CA (1st attempt ) with at least 8 to 10 years exp. in a large FMCG is mandatory.

- She will be a part of the Regional Leadership Team and participates actively on regional strategy and operations review partnering the Regional Head.

Key Responsibilities :

- Partnering with the CD/Sales system on customer delight initiatives

- Implementing CD infrastructure & process improvements to deliver our 50/15 vision

- Delivering robust financial processes and hygiene in the front end

- Maintaining effective internal controls over sales/depot operations

- Leading initiatives built around opportunities in the areas of simplification, spends effectiveness, process/hygiene excellence and leveraging IT

- VAT compliance and relationship management with local fiscal authorities

- She will have a team of 2 managers (Sales Accountant and Sales Tax manager) and roughly about 20 officers and staff within the branch.
