Regional Finance Head - Education (Lucknow)

Requirement:

1. Manage Finance & Accounts Department and ensure commercial governance in coordination with Corporate Office.

2. Develop and implement standard accounting practices at Branches.

3. Analyze financial statements, prepare timely and accurate financial reports and recommendations to the top management.

4. Periodic audits at Branches to ensure error free working of Accounts Department. And submit such audit reports to management.

5. Account for and manage day to day account operations at Branches, ensuring implementation of corporate guidelines.

6. Manage Revenue collection. Develop process for timely fee collection, banking and reconciliations.

7. Learn entire student life cycle in accounting software of the Company.

8. Vendor management (from Finance perspective) and manage the payables.

9. Communicate with team leaders to provide financial updates and overviews and support fiscal literacy.

10. Monitor the accounts team recruitment, training and retention at Branches.

11. Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.

12. High level of integrity and professionalism.

13. Demonstrated experience and expertise with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

14. Conduct month end and year end close.

15. Oversee and suggest expenditures under various heads and ways and means for cost optimization.

16. Ensure all local financial compliance in coordination with Corporate Office.

17. Provide financial inputs to long term strategic plan development.

18. Develop and oversee the commercial and procurement department in zonal office.

19. Lead the Accounts payable department. Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, statements etc.

20. Continuing developing and improvising the finance and account processes and policies.

Educational Qualification: CA / CA Inter
