Job Description - Reporting to the Regional Project Head and CFO, you will be responsible for the following responsibilities - - Implementation of Project Management systems in multi-project environment (new product development) and solutions for Supply Chain transformation - Strategic Planning and FP&A - M&A due diligence process/valuation of diverse potential targets; completing deals with the support of i-banks and management consultants - Managing Investor Relations - Dealing with broking firms in India and key investor groups in India, Singapore, Hong Kong, the US and Europe

The Successful Candidate - As a successful candidate, you must carry 12-14 years of qualitative experience with at least the last 5 years in a specialist M&A, FP&A and Project Management profile in a large scale manufacturing based MNC. You must have worked in a complex matrix environment and have a proven track record of achieving results in a dynamic changing environment. You should have completed business acquisition deals worth more than 50 million USD. You are very customer-focused, have showcased that in past experience and are extremely adaptable to difficult business situations. Excellent communication skills are a must and candidates with CA or MBA Finance would be the first choice.
