About our Client: Our client is one of the largest consumer health and pharmaceutical players in the world. Well known for its innovative product portfolio, they are looking for a RESM based out of Chennai. They are widely regarded as an employer of choice and are currently looking at embarking on an ambitious growth plan. They are an organization with wide presence abroad and in India.
Job Description: Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead Expert Sales Team in their regions
- Ensure roll outs of SOPs & ensure compliance on values / policies.
- Meet the prescription growth targets for the products promoted by the Expert Sales/Medical & Oral Care Expert Sales team
- Supervise and implement activities ,efforts ,coverage to achieve the growth objectives for the defined products (achieve desired sales /share gains)
- Build and maintain contacts with relevant key opinion leaders
- Oversee development of sales people by ensuring Coaching & Training needs are bridged; and conducting cyclical sales meetings to educate the field force on operational strategies of the region
- Ensure effectiveness in doctor targeting
The Successful Candidate:
- You will coming with 12-15 years of which at least 2 years will be as a second line sales manager in Pharma. It would be preferred if the incumbent is handling similar regional role.
- Specific experience of working in Nutritionals and / or Wellness & Oral Care categories would be preferred.
- Experience in working through a portfolio that reaches out to Paediatricians or Gynaecologists would be preferred.
