We are looking for Regional Distribution Manager for one of the leading MNC - Mumbai.
Key Objectives:
1. Planning and appointment of distributors in high growth geography (low share low reach). Initially time spent on this activity will be to the tune of 40% as distributor appointment is key later this will be 20%.
2. Responsible in driving volume & reach through distributor network.
Time spent on this would be 30-40%
3. Responsible for commercial arrangement of the distributors in the regions. Time spent on this will be 10%
4. Capability development in organization for distributor operation.
Time spent will be 10 to 15%.
5. To drive business through distributors in high growth geography across the Region
Responsibilities:
1. Sales: Responsible to achieve a combined revenue of 50 CR to start and will go up to 150 CR in 1 years' time
2. Distributor Network: Manage and drive distribution model to penetrate deeper into market and help them to develop a wider customer base
3. Leading people: Support and guide direct reports in sales function to achieve their targets. Identification of required training to develop specific skills (Distribution skills) to augment their professional growth.
4. Business Intelligence: Provide market information to Business Managers to develop right strategy
7. Responsible for distributor ROI and commission distributor will get.
Salary Range: 8-18 LPA
