Designation: Regional Director - South

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Managing the Sales and Real Estate Acquisition of the entire South region which includes Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi and Coimbatore.
Details of the responsibilities include:
- Handling & Fostering Strategic Alliances with IPC's/DPC's/channel partners
- Conducting site visits, sales pitching, deal structuring & negotiation
- Liasioning catalyst between design, projects, legal, finance, operations to see the transaction through.
- Managing the pre sales and post sales team ( account management) in the entire region.
- Developing sales strategies and implementing them
- Identifying new buildings for expansions along the RE team
- Monitor and analyse market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business development and growth
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, developers and industry professionals to foster business partnerships.
- Stay updated with industry regulations, market trends and best practices in real estate sales to ensure competitive advantage
Skills & Qualification Required: 15 years+ of relevant industry experience
