About our Client: Our Client is one of the leading diagnostic companies globally. They are one of the fastest growing organizations, with a diverse portfolio of products. They are known for their cultures and values and are looking to hire a Regional Director, Global Compliance - Asia-Pacific.

Job Description : Reporting to Director of Global Compliance, you will be responsible for:

- Supporting the development, evolution, and/or effective implementation of Company's Compliance Program in the region, including policies and procedures arising from Company's Code of Conduct that address a broad range of issues including (but not limited to) anti-bribery, marketing, product promotion, clinical trials, research and development, manufacturing, and dealings with sanctioned countries or entities

- Mastery of the business and regulatory environment of Company across the Asia-Pacific region, and applying one's experience and analytical skills to assess risk, establish priorities, and develop and implement programs which address risk while achieving Company's strategic and commercial objectives.

- Cultivating and leveraging working relationships with management across the Asia-Pacific region, as well as Company's global functions, such as Legal, Finance, Human Resources, Quality and Regulatory and Internal Audit, to develop a pro-active, problem-solving approach to creating a culture of integrity and compliance at Company and other Compliance programs and objectives

- Where appropriate, coordinating with the Global Compliance group, the Legal Department or external counsel to assist with investigations relating to potential violations of Company's policies or procedures, laws or regulations or to issues identified via its ethics hotline

- Collaborating with the Legal Department to provide training to colleagues on topics arising from identified risk areas, evolving regulations, and developments in enforcement, and assist Global Compliance group with the development and delivery of content, whether live, online, or using other media

The Successful Candidate:

- You should have a minimum of 9 years of experience relating to the life sciences, medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology sector.

- Experience may be in a compliance, in-house legal, external legal, or auditing role or a combination thereof.

- A charted accountant or a degree in law is highly preferred.
