About our Client - Our client is a leading MNC within the automotive sector with presence across 90+ countries. They are currently looking for experience finance professionals to lead they South East Asia regional compliance & ethics team.

Job Description - As a Regional Director for Compliance & Ethics you will be handling a team of 10 while reporting into the global team based out of US. You will be responsible for :

- Assisting with the development, update and implementation of policies and procedures for the organizations Compliance Program to prevent illegal, unethical or improper conduct.

- Identifying regional changes in applicable rules, regulations, standards and related trends that are relevant to the Compliance Program.

- Responding promptly to alleged violations of rules, regulations, and policies, procedures and the Code of Ethics and Conduct that arise in the region.

- Embedding the compliance risk assessment program in the region and facilitating the systematic assessment of compliance risks in the assigned region in order to identify gaps and manage compliance risks.

- Managing the due diligence process in the region in order to identify compliance risks associated with third parties acting on behalf of a business or function within the group of companies.

The Successful Candidate - As a successful applicant you will be a Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of combined education and relevant ethics, compliance and overall business conduct experience in the region. US MNC/ Financial Services background preferred.
