Position: Regional Director/Administrator/Manager
Place: India (Delhi)
People under direct control: 10 ++ (More than 10)
Functions:
Starting functions:
- Sales planning and achievement of financial target in designated area
- Development and implementation of the development strategy
- Online-shop launching
- General management and administration of Rep. office
- Key-partners support, development of cooperation conditions with wholesale customer
- Weekly control of funds arrival to the company’s account
- Supply and turnover control
- Negotiations, approval and signing of the commercial terms with local providers
- Cooperation with public authorities
KPI:
- Budget implementation
- Profit margins
- Distribution network growth
- quarterly tasks (concerning development)
Gender, age: Gender - no matter, age - from 35-45.
Education standards, language: University degree, Russian language preferred and fluent English is must
Background, experience:
- Experience of successful work as a regional manager, director (at least 3 years) in a large, rapidly developing retail company (FMCG . Experience of people management (at least 10 people).
Preferred: More than 1 year of working for Russian companies preferably pharmaceutical or living in Russia
Recommended knowledge and skills:
- Experience of personal sales success and wholesale sales
- People management experience (at least 10 people)
- Successful experience in negotiations
