Regional Development Manager - South/West India - Education - Mumbai
Role Overview:
As the WFS Regional Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in promoting Workforce Skills Qualifications, products, and services in the south/western India region. Collaborating with local teams and colleagues across markets, you'll be responsible for identifying, developing, managing, and growing key accounts in the WFS segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote Vocational Qualifications and services to Vocational Education Institutions in the assigned territory.
- Provide comprehensive support, advisory, training, and development services to drive sales growth.
- Achieve targeted growth by maintaining existing business and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with other account managers to maximize the impact of products and services.
- Utilize Sales Force on daily basis to build an effective sales pipeline and analyze critical business drivers.
- Develop relationships across all levels of customer organizations to identify sales opportunities and drive plan objectives.
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders in government, non- government organizations, and vocational institutions.
- Maintain regular communication and conduct annual business reviews with assigned key accounts.
- Stay proactively informed about industry and customer-specific issues.
