About the role :
The Regional Demand Head (RDH) will lead the offline sales - both corporate and travel-trade in the regions.
The candidate shall be responsible :
- Growing the offline institutional demand from the region by winning, retaining and growing business from our clients in the region
- Lead the P&L for the sales channel in the region
- Devise the monthly budgets, targets and marketing spends to achieve the AOP
- Hire, train, coach and mentor a team of sales professionals across the region
- Be invested in the growth of the team and ensure each member is achieving their individual targets
- Represent the company at trade shows, travel marts, external stakeholders, etc.
- Strategize the sales plans for key properties in the portfolio and assess the prospects of entering new markets
