Job Snapshot:

- Responsible to deliver top-line, bottom-line and market share for a cr business

- Involves transformation of CSD operations to Modern Trade self service format by ensuring right assortment with fair share of shelf, world class visibility based on category and brand blocks, co-planning relevant activations based on category/shopper insights and leading the team to deliver high level of execution excellence.

- High level of negotiation with customer based on Joint Business Planning.

- Frequent interactions for strategic planning not only for CSD but for overall company through Customer.

- Development “Top 50” forum and MT Leadership team.

- Engaged with MT strategy team at national and regional (Asia and Africa) level.

- Additional responsibility of guiding to improve their present distribution system, Responsible for shopper & customer activation and execution planning for turnover.

- Responsible for sales and shopper activation in general retail trade, wholesale trade and cash and carry, beauty channel and organized retail (modern trade).

- Exhibited high level of shopper & customer understanding to help design specific shopper, channel (including rural) and customer activation.

- Responsible to incorporate zonal insights and priorities for all “Brand Marketing Plans” and “Channel/customer Marketing Plans” annually.

- Robust planning for new launches and creating world class execution template.

- Involved setting and achievement of sales target, managing vast distribution network and field team, handling diverse set of customers (rural distributors and top end modern format retailers) and interacting with the central category teams.

- Prime responsibility to direct all actions towards gaining market share for categories.
