RCEM is a regional profile that facilitates catalyzes Relationship Management of customers who fall within the RV range of INR 50,000 to 200,000. This book is managed centrally by VRMs while the ROCEs provide ground cover for fulfilment.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead a team of Relationship officers Customer Engagement (ROCE) in the region to manage and enhance the business value from C category customers of the region.

- Lead Conversion - Meeting benchmark Conversion of leads as budgeted from time to time as generated by Customer experience Centre(CEC) and central campaigns/triggers by CVMHO team

- Ensure coverage of the customers mapped to VRM and ROCE team

- Category upgrades - Movement of customers from C category to above through cross sell and deepening

- Casa deepening - Value build up in customers' accounts through Cross Sell

- Digital adoption - Get the customers activated for Kotak Mobile and Net

- Banking and ensure they remain digitally active

- GPH improvement - To improve unique Product Cross Sell at group levels

- GSA improvement - To drive Service Activations at group levels

NPS - Ensuring on ground Customer experience translates into desired NPS at a portfolio level
