Job Designation: Regional Credit Manager

Qualification : CA /MBA Finance with relevant underwriting experience

Level - M6

Job Description :

- Managing retail credit proposals for entire area along with team of capable credit managers.

- Ensuring discipline in adherence to processes involved in credit buying

- Delinquency analysis of credit portfolio at different levels by doing Re-Credit of cases disbursed randomly

- Assisting team HO in review of credit policies along with Internal Control department and ensuring their adherence at ground level.

- Regular visits to different branches to understand the market dynamics of particular location and to review the branch specific and general credit practices

- Meeting different channel partners including dealer principals for understanding developments happening in industry and getting feedbacks with respect to credit processes, service levels and Turn Around Time maintained.

- Compilation and submission of relevant reports of branches under purview as asked by HO

Job Knowledge and experience :

- Should have at least 10-12 years of experience in credit analysis

- Thorough understanding of business being serviced and their product lines

- Should be able to drive processes, quality within a risk and compliance framework
