Regional Credit Manager - Education Loan - Bank

- Candidates who are MBA/Graduate having through experience in Education Loan/Unsecured loan as product related to credit underwriting can apply

Key Responsibilities Handled:

Role:

- Managing portfolio for assigned region in Education Loan

- Managing a team of on role employees who underwrites education loan

- Co-ordination with Sales, Operations and Collections department to ensure the achievement of Business targets and maintaining healthy portfolio.

- Co-ordination with RCU team to verify the customer profile and the documents submitted and avoid fraudulent customers.

- Ensuring satisfactory results of self as well the team on policy and process related audits.

- Ensuring that all aspects of the credit business are strictly adhered to in line with the Policy Guidelines.

- Support to Collections team coordinating for technical and non-technical reasons and resolving customer issues.

- Ensuring cost reduction and increase branch profitability
