- Conversations directly with clients and a policy-compliant credit check of the application.

- In collaboration with the business, suggest credit rules, credit lines, protocols, and standards.

- Answering customer questions about payments and sanctions.

- Continuous loan monitoring is necessary to guarantee low delinquencies and NPA.

- Always considering innovative approaches to use technology to expedite credit evaluation.
