- Credit Appraisal

- Process & Initiatives

- Training of own team & channels

- Delinquency Management

- Vendor / Cost management

- Quality Management in terms of Audit, Compliance and Hind sighting

- Portfolio Quality

- Disbursal Authorization

- PDD Management

Key Performance Indicators

- Login to Decision TAT

- Maintaining Audit Compliance and errors in Hind sighting

- Training

- Delinquency control as per budget

- Cost management

- New initiatives

Applicant Profile :

Experience 8 - 10 yrs

Technical Competencies

Skills :

- Financial Appraisal of Salaried and Self Employed loan proposals

- Knowledge of Mortgage Lending Business

- Basic knowledge of Banking

- Good Knowledge of computer applications
